The birth of Jesus was announced to only a few humble shepherds, and three kings outside of Israel. The Lord had determined that the time had come to bless all the nations of the earth. The God of the universe came to the world in humility. He came as a baby, and this baby would be the one who would save the people of the world from their sin. The all-powerful God became a man.
