Haiau of Makapuu

Heiau refers to a shrine, a temple built by ancient Hawaiian. That is a place to pray to God. In old Hawaiian, it is believed that God exists in various things such as sea, mountain, forest, fire, etc. It seems that Heiu is made as many as that God and it is feasting God.
